I gave Kitchen Krafter 5...here's why...I wanted to remodel our very small kitchen that was falling apart, but didn't know where to begin. I thought we would just replace the floor and cabinets but quickly realized that it wouldn't improve the function of the kitchen. My GC recommended working with a professional kitchen designer, such as Kitchen Krafter, who would give us some ideas on how best to use the existing space. I met Lisa and her staff, Jonathan and David and I knew I was in the right place. They are professional, courteous and fun to work with and always returned my calls and responded to my concerns. My kitchen was challenging but Lisa stepped up to the challenge, presenting several options. .She and I worked together until we came up with the plan that best suited my home, style and budget. There were a lot of details but she kept me from getting overwhelmed and kept me on track, outlining what steps I needed to take and in the order I needed to take them. I was very happy with my design and ordered my cabinets, hardware and countertops through Kitchen Krafter and was very pleased with the products and service. My kitchen now looks like "something out of a magazine", as one of my friends put it. It is stunning and looks like it's twice the size that it was. I get plenty of "oohs" and "ahs" when people walk in. More importantly, it now functions so that more than one person can be in the kitchen at once. I don't have to bend over or put my entire body into the back of the cabinet, cursing because I can't find anything. And the best thing is we have more cabinet space than before and can fit everything in the kitchen now..no more pulling stuff out of other rooms. This kitchen exceeded our expectations and I love being in it and cooking again. Were there some problems and glitches? Yes, and there will always be some...but all were taking care of in a timely and professional matter. Remodeling a kitchen takes patience, good people and a good plan. We are so happy that we chose Kitchen Krafter...well worth every penny we spent!
