I went to Complete Dentistry of Midland more or less for an independent evaluation of my dental status. I found the staff to be helpful, they communicated clearly, and the evaluation was probably the most thorough that I have had in my life. They were good about communicating their findings to my local desist in the Orlando area. I could not recommend them more!

Their $50 no call, no show policy is really ridiculous and this will definitely cause customers to go elsewhere no matter how great of a service you provide. In my opinion, the service is mediocre. I will not return because of this policy which is really an inconvenience because I’ve only been going to this place for my dental needs. Things happen in day to day life especially with this pandemic but you are charging people $50 for missing a routine dental appointment? Not even a procedural or surgical appointment but a routine dental appointment? It may not be to you but to me, $50 is a lot of money to give away for not getting a service. I understand that you have to get the exam room ready but wouldn’t you have to do that anyway for any of your customers? Getting the room ready is still not worth $50. The exam room should always be cleaned, ready, and tidy after each use anyway.

Amazing experience! The best dental care I’ve received. Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable! I always dreaded going to the dentist before I started going to Complete Dentistry. The entire team and Dr. Millard are all super welcoming. Olivia was my hygienist and was excited to show me my progress and pictures from over last two years. I loved the team’s enthusiasm and being greeted with big smiles from all. They never guilt trip me about dental problems and instead focus on providing objective information and developing a treatment plan going forward. Thankful to have found such a wonderful dental office!

We greatly value the feedback of our patients as it it helps us to either maintain our high quality of care or improve on our weaknesses. In response to your specific question, we do perform root canal treatment, but on particularly complicated cases, we feel our patients will receive the best care from a provider who specializes in that area (an endodontist). Our number one priority is for our patients to receive the best treatment possible, even if that means receiving care outside of our four walls!
