Just want to say that this store is phenomenal!! Trent is always right there to answer any questions for you. He's so knowledgeable and if there is something he doesn't have, by gosh, he will do his best to get it for you! His prices are very reasonable and his store is always so well kept. I love that he's added the Self Bathing! What a treat! Thanks Trent for all you do!

We try to carry AquaMax 300 which is one of the more popular Tour Chow type products. Trout Chow was replaced by AquaMax which is made in 10 formulations. The lower the number the smaller the particle. 300 is a popular size with Carp Fisherman. We also sell this by the lb or by the bag. We may be hindered by distributor availability. Our store has remained largely closed. We opened up the front 1/3 to the public with the “pet & companion animal food stockroom” area still closed off (our store is shy of 5000sf). We pull orders for the customer and place outside on our covered loading area. We offer loading options to the customer both at the dock and parking lot for those who choose to not come in. Our staff remains masked and we have tables in front of our retail counter to maintain social distancing between our Team and the public. Our Team has hand sanitizer available as well as a sink adjacent to our counter for hand cleaning. We have a freestanding hand sanitizer station for our visiting customers. While we promote and encourage mask wearing we do not enforce due to the nature of a portion of the local market (they can be quite disruptive). I would say fir every 5 customers wearing masks, we would average 2 they do not. Our store is rarely crowded (more than 8) at any given time. Hope this helps!
Yes to your question however we provide 2 separate options. The Low-Cost Spay-Neuter Program is provided by The Humane Society of Charlotte (HSC) by means if a Transport Service. We provide a landing spot. You can make your reservation and payment with us, and HSC provides the Transport to and from their facilities for the procedures. Dates vary per month so call for upcoming dates. For Sept, we have 2 dates: Thurs Sept 12 & Thurs Sept 26. Some limitations and restrictions apply. Call us at 704-888-2298 for additional information. For the Low-Cost Vaccinations, this is a monthly clinic for us on the 4th Sun of every month (except Nov & Dec). Times are 1:30-5pm. This is provided by Carolina Value Pet Care.
