Does not even deserve one star! When inquiring about picking up the package the gentleman was extremely rude and informed me that if we did not come and get our package that day it would just be left outside. When we arrived to pick it up two hours after being informed that it was just thrown outside at the side of the building unattended with all the other packages.

Was shipping package via greyhound owner jumped all over me about it like I was doing something wrong. Lady at counter took 30 minutes to fill out label on a package I had already paid for? Continued to complain to ke about how I should not have chosen to ship with greyhound and that no drivers were going to take it. These guys are jerks and need to have tgier greyhound franchise license revoked.

Greyhound is strict about the animals it allows on its buses. With the exception of certified service dogs, animals of any species are not permitted on any Greyhound bus, either in the cabin with the passengers or below the bus in the storage compartments.so yes
