1. Bathroom was about 30" wide, and not much longer. 2. Shower and tub were pitiful; caulking was old, poorly applied. Tub area was painted over to cover rust or mildew or who knows what else. We would not get in this shower. 3. Entry door lock "sort-of" worked but after much manipulation. 4. The office manager / attendant WAS very nice. 5. Bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. 6. Wall paint was old, scuffed in places. Note: overall this Quality Inn unit does not represent what long time QI patrons expect under the Quality Inn brand. If capital investment & major upgrading and clean-up can't be put in to this unit, the Quality Inn brand should be quickly removed.

The customer service makes it worth the stay. A short distance from everything and the interstate is right there. Great rooms just need better light bulbs

Not even worth a 1 star. We got 1 room which had dead bugs, stains, and cigarettes all over the place. We asked for another room and ended up with yellow and red stains all over our sheets, pillow cases and the toilet. We called the lady at the front desk Ruthie and she continuously hung up on us instead of solving the issue in some way. The heater did not work. We were told the manager James would be there and when he was asked at the front desk if he was the manager he said he wasn’t. Terrible service and unsanitary your better off sleeping in your car. If I could add pictures you’d be appalled. If you decide to stay here don’t. We slept wrapped in clothes from head to toe because we had no other choice please avoid this place for your own good.

Hotel and room are very clean with up to date in-room amenities such as microwave, fridge, and hairdryer. Decor is very nice and updated with a comfy bed and nice shower and bathroom area. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and I highly recommend it as it is in a safe and convenient location with lower rates than most.
