I haved lived here for 2 years the apartments are very outdated the kitchens are really tiny my queen beed really doesent fit in my room they seem like the painted over the wall with cheap paint and its chipping off. The owner of archdale clearly doesent care about renovation. Because these apartments been here since the late 70s and nothing has change in these apartments i notice they are tearing down the pool and laundry room but they need to fix these apartments. And add more kitchen space new appliance's a bigger bedroom and bathroom and stop using cheap paint i think the only nice about the apartment complex is the manger brenda but i guess since its so many black people who lives back their i assume the owner doesent want to fix anything for us . But he needs to because he loves taking our money every month but doesent want to renovate.

I've been living here for over a year now and it's great. Quiet and safe community. The maintenance team especially Amos, is always quick to fix any issues I have.
