I had a lock but no key. It was a specialty lock but they found a match and made two keys for me. Didn’t take that long. Not my first experience with them and both were great.

I have been trying to get a key made for 6 months, every time I call they say it’s still getting shipped out. I could order a blank on eBay and have it shipped to me in 4 days. A little bit confused why it takes popalock over half a year …Nick, I Am sorry to hear of the difficulties you are having. First I want to make sure you have the correct location.
