We received a certificate for $37 to get a 7lb. cat fixed threw monroe animal league. When we went to Stroudsburg animal hospital to make appointment to be fixed they wanted a meet the cat visit $60 and then a another 104 dollars when we picked her up after surgery . so the whole spade cost over $200 I had other cats done for a lot cheaper. this place is a scam what's the point of giving certificates out if there gonna charge you $165 more when you get surgery done

Hey, the Monroe Animal League isn't a shelter, so they don't have cats or dogs. They provide financial assistance for low-income pet owners of Monroe County, as well as spay/neuter programs for feral cats. They might know someone or an organization who can help you find kittens who need a home. You can call or maybe reach them on Facebook.
Are you looking for a dog or given
No. They are no able to do that there.
Monroe county animal league is not a shelter, try Awsom they may have room or can reccomend another good shelter
The Animal League is not a shelter. Try contacting either AWSOM or Camp Papillion. Not sure if they have any openings but you can try.
They are more like an animal charity. They help when when people don't have food for their animals and if you are getting feral cats or dogs neutered they can help you get it done very cheaply. You can call them to see what else they do but they are only open I think 3 days a week
The animal league is not for grooming. They help with getting animals neutered and shots. They also provide animal food to those who need help feeding their animals.
