You get what you pay for. The staff was very nice. I would stay again, but I’m very cheap and have low standards, ha. You married people should avoid the bathroom…you can lose your rings in the bathtub or the sink. Rooms are beat up and well-worn. No coffee cups, no ice bucket, and no TV remote for my stay…there’s a shortage of good help right now so I didn’t complain. I loved the fishing amenities, if you’re here for that. Charging for trolling motors and a fish cleaning station.

Beautiful rooms- very comfortable and cozy. Mgr Lonny was friendly, helped suggesting things to do in Devils Lake. Staff was amazing, all very welcoming! Thank you Lonny for a great stay- coming back to go fishing!

Room had amenities most inns don’t like nice satellite tv, microwave and fridge that were both clean, but bathroom was gross. Chips in bathtub, dusty shower sprayer and loose shower knob exposing mold and dust underneath. Girlfriend was gonna take a shower but water leaked from the tub all over the bathroom of our room 112. Lastly looked up when checkout was online and it stated 12 PM. Stayed here on New Years so we we’re sleepin in and housekeeping was adamant and non communicative that we weren’t ready to check out at 1030 when they knocked. Five mins later front desk calls asks when we plan to leave and I said check out said noon but she said no it is 11. I told her to adjust the hours online. Overall ok for a one nighter but didn’t care overall for hotel

I stayed here for the night along with family for a fishing trip on Devils Lake. I was apprehensive about staying after I had read through some of the reviews, but it wasn't too bad. The room was pretty clean, only a little dust and dirt. All of the room's amenities (AC, TV, microwave, fridge, ect) functioned properly. The staff were friendly and none of the other guests were noisy or disagreeable. My only complaints is that the room smelled a bit like smoke/ cigarettes and the bed felt old. I would recommend staying here if you are planning a short trip where you would spend the day out in town or the lake and don't want to splurge on a hotel.
