The shower is nice but I don't think the room had been clean in some time. Had to rinse out tub before bathing kiddos, lots of hair in it. Toilet had been used and not flushed when we arrived so took some time to air room out. Rug had not been vacuumed, little bits of stuff all over it. Baby tried picking up and putting in mouth. No sheets available on pull out couch. When I tried to use the phone it did not work. It has a tone but the buttons don't connect. staff was real nice. They only had one luggage rack to carry bags and it was being used so had to carry stuff to third floor. Probably pretty easy if you don't use oxygen. Yes, I requested 3rd floor.i prefer if over having thumpers above me.

Had a great stay. The room was clean as we the two person hot tub. Completely worth getting this room and will more then likely get it again. Also in a great location close to all the shopping Perrysburg has to offer. It was nice to sit back and relax. Also close to dining out location. Staff was also very nice.

Just needed a good night sleep after a long day of driving! Well, at 1am the fire alarms went off where everyone is to get out of the building, only to find out that someone was smoking in their room! The police came and we were allowed back in after a short period of time! From what I understood from the police officer, this is not the first time that this had happened! The hotel tells you upfront and makes you sign a paper about smoking in the rooms! They also have you put a 150 deposit for incidentals! I can't believe that this happened! I hope management gets this resolved! I felt bad for the children standing in the cold rainy night looking freaked out because some person is inconsiderate!! I won't be back! EVER! I will sleep in my vehicle first before I give them a cent.

My room key was defected and I stood in the main lobby at the front desk from 330am to 5 am. I called the hotel number multiple times...no answer. An employee finally showed up I was able to finally get a new card. I understand you are short staffed but you need to do a better job with customer service. Not to mention the shower is very janky.
