There was only one customer service cubicle open. You have to wait in line, just to get a ticket to wait. The woman in charge of giving out tickets, abruptly jumped up, and went to lunch without any notice to customers waiting in line for a ticket. Customers started saying. "they do whatever they want here"
It wasn't crowded, about a good 8 people, but that ticket lady had a serious attitude.

Even after the call center picks up ,when they transfer you they don't answer, some people work and this is not the way it should be ,something with better communication needs to happen

Dont do it on the portal because most of them don't know how to use it.. I sent info there and they say that i do not submit the info.. And even if you put it on the mailbox inside they lost documents there... Cause word mouth say that they check the mailbox every 2 or 3 days

They are letting people in. It's usually a PHA officer at the front desk. But everything has to be submitted through paperwork to even speak to someone who can help you. Whether it's an appointment, a request to move, inspection, anything. All the documents are available there as soon as you walk in so you can fill them out turn them in same day. They are allowing people to move it just can't be before your lease is up. But if it's a safety or a repairs issue you can leave early as long as your unit doesn't pass the PHA inspection. Based off the situations we never have emergency housing unless ur in a shelter and u had a referral to be housed through a state official. PHA doesn't discriminate, they help everyone... there is no way that someone is just housed due to a domestic situation so someone isnt giving you the correct Information. That's not how the system works. I'm sorry you were misinformed and I am not speaking for the whole company I am speaking with you from my personal knowledge
