The staff in passport service is the worst people I have ever seen. The guy with name DJ should be FIRED many times. He was very rude and mean to my kids under 10 years old. They were scared by him and cried after this nightmare was over in the passport office.

Went there this weekend to drop-off a pre-tabled small box in the self kiosk lobby area box drop, for some reason it was locked . The online hours for the self kiosk drop off box are not correct. Why is the box to drop a small package locked?

By far the worst staff and establishment I have ever had to deal with. I moved down here a year ago and receiving mail has been an absolute nightmare from the start. You have postal workers who tried to decide who lives at what address so for 5 weeks all of my mail was returned to sender or lost. The excuse given was that the mail carrier did not recognize that I was the new owner of the house. Fast forward to today where I drive completely out of my way because for about a week I was told a package was going to be delivered and it wasn't. I did however receive a sorry we missed you sign because she didn't want to get out of her car to deliver my package. Today, after waiting all day of being told they would deliver the plant again, which didn't happen, I drove to the post office and had to enter through the unlocked door. Once I entered they told me that even though it was unlocked I needed to leave because it was just after 3:00 p.m. Even though I was clearly holding a letter in my hand from them and I told them there had been an ongoing issue since last week. The poor attitudes and horrible work ethic make it unbelievable that this place has not yet been closed down and new staff replaced. Despicable!

Get rid of DJ and I’ll revisit this location. I live within walking distance. Otherwise, I’ll be happy to drive to another location as long as he works at this one!
