After a day of driving we were looking for a place to sleep. Glad we stopped here. We interacted with several staff members and all were pleasant. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We had a problem with the lights flickering and going out and maintenance addressed the problem immediately. (If you stay here and like nature, check out the Side Lock Metro Park about 5 miles away. Gorgeous!)

we paid thru a 3rd party for 2 queen size beds, we arrived around 8:45 at night, our A/C unit wouldn’t turn on, the front desk KID told us to put in on low cool and wait to see if it turns on, we wait another 15/20 mins went and told him, well he came and called a “manager,” well as my kids are asleep now at 9:20 they are trying to fix the a/c it was loud and banging on a/c unit, mean while to say we have two babies under the age 1, we are out of state, everyone around us is booked and instead of offering a new room and or two separate rooms at a discounted price or replace us with another room they were booked out! so manager said we will give you a refund, no problem other than its 10pm at night every surrounding hotel wouldn’t answer or was booked, man at front wasn’t sincere or show any empathy. I work in costumer service and the way they handled this situation was not professional at all. would not recommend at all for a family stay. ended getting refund but was a big inconvenience. now we are on our way back home w our babies at 11 pm at night.

What a wonderful stay. So glad we chose to stay here. The hotel was clean. The room was clean. The king suite with the couch was pretty big and spacious. Would definitely return of in the area. Breakfast had lots to choose from. My only complaint was no gravy for the biscuits, but waffles cereal eggs biscuits sausage muffins, apples, yogurt. Also the drink and snack machine only take cash or coins so we did have to make a run to the nearest gas station.

Positive: The staff was nice, the hotel was clean, the room was Updated and the water was hot. Negative: There was no hot breakfast buffet as promised online And they put us on the top floor at the end when I Know they didn't have very many occupants. That's a Long walk for a smoker. But I did like not having any neighbors, so maybe it wasn't so bad ¿
