This was my first experience with using Fed Ex to ship a package. I will first off let you know not to use the shipping estimator on their website. I am particularly talking about the "Rate" option listed right on the main website page. This is incorrect. If you go to the "Shipping" tab then use the drop down menu to select "Shipping Rates & Delivery Times," you will receive the correct information. The gentleman who helped me send the package, did not seem to care that my estimated rate was different than what they were charging me. That's fine, but as a first time customer, to show no regard for my initial concern wasn't the best feeling. I was rang up and completed the transaction in a timely manner. This review is more for the website and issues with it than the actual store. It was clean, pleasant, and overall well kept. I've provided a picture of the website page and the "Rate" icon not to use as the rate you receive is less than what you will be charged. Buyer beware of this issue.

I was trying to send something international and no one seemed to know what they were doing. None of the forms were "ready" and the computer did not work so I had to wait around 10 minutes while one employee was trying to figure my situation out while the other employees seemed to do nothing while they were free. They proceeded to tell me the computer malfunctions often. (Then why use it?) The emoplyee who was helping me had to get additional help which did not happen till around 15 minutes in the interaction and they still couldn't print off a sheet or fix my problem. I should have gone to UPS. And I wrote this whole review in the store still waiting. And the employee who was "looking for my sheet" left to help other people. I would give 0 stars if that was possible. I don't know what type of training they receive but everyone's answer seemed to be "I don't know". Even with the refund a lot of the questions were answered with I don't knows. Lucas and Taylor were no help.

Great store great time. the prices were a bit high but over all I can't complain for what need to get done. Store was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. Definitely will come back here again in the future if I need to do something but I will be very mindful of the possible costs that I will incur.
