Clean rooms, everything was stocked and ready for our stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast is made to order with a cold bar of drinks and cereal. Pool area is small but kids love the slide; husband loves the hot tub.

LOUD. No windows in some rooms. Water park ment for little kids. No elevator to 2nd floor, I am disabled. Once I was upstairs I had to stay there until we left. LOUD music from lounge could be heard in first floor bedroom at 7AM waking all 4 of us up. I spent 2 different nights one coming and one going. Will never stay there again.

Excellent staff and a very clean hotel room. Was quiet enough to get rest and neighbors never bothered us. Perfectly located across from the mall and from Walmart it made it easier to be downtown with restaurants and gas stations nearby and when you have problems with your key card just take it upfront and they never complained about re-scanning
