I will not stay here again No coffee at 6:30am Gym was dirty no towels no way to clean equipment yourself. ..told them about it, 2nd day no different Told the desk person about it 2nd day and he said he didn't care about all the complaints He was just back from California and this is just a job wile back from college Most hand sanitizers are empty

Great service. Clean and comfortable hotel with hospitable staff. Easy, central location. Great Japanese sushi restaurant steps away from the front door. Highly recommend if staying in Jamestown!

I stayed two nights just recently and every aspect of my stay was excellent. Plenty of fresh towels and toiletries were supplied and our room was spotless. It has all the amenities you would expect from a hotel like this. The complimentary breakfast was also good. Alot better than other places I've stayed.

Loved this hotel! Large quiet rooms, extensive breakfast options, nice pool area.Hot tub was hot which was nice change from most hotels these days. All staff encounter were helpful and friendly! Breakfast had a maple rope sausage versus sausage links. Yum! Their waffle bar and potato's with peppers were to die for! My new favorite get away!
