We shopped around at 3 other flooring stores before coming here and, I gotta say the Carpet Store was the best experience by far. Jose was an excellent rep, very professional and knowledgable in the product. Of the different stores I went to, Jose was above and beyond everybody else. The store itself is also much more professionally laid out and polished compared to other stores. The installers were very professional and got the job done right. They initially estimated 3 days for completion but got it done in just 2 days, including the stairs (they look so good with the white riser). There was a slight mix-up in communicating some floor prep costs. But again, Jose was extremely professional in explaining everything and helping me have the best experience.

Great products and great pricing. Kelly was great to deal with. Ordered a gray LVT and had it installed about a year ago. Installer (Kevin) and his crew were great even though I ended up paying a tad more than what was estimated. When it comes to warranty repair - FORGET IT. I called the store about a week ago and spoke to Kelly. She advised that she was going to have Kevin, the original installer, contact me early the following week. Waited until Wednesday of the following week as I still hadn't heard anything back. Texted Kelly again and she thanked me for letting me know and said that she personally spoke to Kevin and that he would be calling me that day. Two days later, I texted Kelly again and advised that I was really getting aggravated now. Five minutes later my phone rang and it was Kevin asking what was going on and telling me that this was the first he heard about my issue. I love it when someone isn't being honest! Kevin then went on to ask what happened as he stated that this might be something that I'm responsible for paying for since the tile isn't supposed to just lift up and fold on the corner. He advised that he could come out and "take a look" the following week. I was completely unhappy as I literally waited an entire week just to be told that this guy could come out next week and take a look and possibly tell me how much I would have to pay to get this one tile repaired after spending over $9,000 less than a year ago. Unacceptable. I told him he can forget it. To be fair, this review is primarily because of the service which is subcontracted out. This Kevin guy doesn't work directly for Carpet Store, but they are the ones that use him for install work. You will get great upfront service and support until the bill is paid and you need a repair on something. Then it all goes downhill! I'm totally happy to pay another company to come in and repair this one tile and to not do business with Carpet Store again.
