A thoroughly satisfying shopping experience. We were in the market for new floor tiles for our balcony. We stopped at two places previously. The first one had no one who could help us, and the second one was closed (at 3pm on a Saturday?). At Bob's, Gary took us under his wing and steered us right to where we wanted to be for outdoor floor tile. He showed us a wide variety of patterns and types until we found one we really liked. Great job, Gary at Bob's!

Very happy with experience from choosing the new flooring to the installation. We worked with Deborah "Daisy". Felt zero pressure to purchase a specific product which was nice. We told her our needs as far as durability and she pointed us to the perfect flooring (Mohawk RevWood). We were able to check out large samples to take home and see what color worked best in our home. After we picked our flooring she came over to get the measurements, and got the estimate back to us by end of same day. She called the day after we moved forward with contract and gave 50% deposit to let us know that particular floorings and color was on backorder so we scheduled installation a few days after it was delivered to the store. Joe and his son were our installation team. They called when they were on their way. They were very polite and friendly. They were great with our 2 dogs, didn't mind them roaming around (we did keep them out of the way) which was fantastic for the dogs not being cooped up. THEY DID GREAT WORK! We will definitely recommend Bob's and Joe to anyone who needs work done! Jackie C.

Our experience with Bob's Carpet could not have been better. Our salesperson was very helpful, and friendly during the whole buying process. Our carpet was delivered on time as promised. The star of the experience goes to the installer. He removed everything from both rooms and put everything back when done. As promised, we could not see any seams when the job was completed.
