Gorgeous flower arrangement delivered to my aunt who lives in Vero Beach. Ordered the standard arrangement and according to her, it was even more beautiful in-person than the photo. Thank you!

Apparently the “substitution policy” allows them to substitute pretty much everything aside from the vase. The flowers that came for my mother today were not even close to what I ordered. Hardly any of the same colors or flowers in the picture. Example, the arrangement was supposed to have roses and there were NONE in it. I paid $75 for this arrangement and didn’t even get what I ordered. I’m so incredibly disappointed, especially considering how well rated this place is. I understand Mother’s Day is soon but this just feels dishonest and lazy. Would have ordered from someone else if I knew they would give my mom a completely different arrangement and call it a “substitution.”

I ordered “a table centerpiece” over the phone and gave them no specific instructions as to the flowers. I set a price range and left it at that. They delivered the most gorgeous setting of flowers! The guests at the dinner party raved over them. I had seen flowers that they had done for someone else and I made a note of their name to use in the future. I am so glad I did! My mom was over the moon when she saw the table piece!

Our business has practiced all recommended safety procedures, masks, whole building sanitation twice as recent as February. Curbside pickup, no contact delivery on request and sanitation area in store. We are getting vaccines already and covid tested. We are in this to bring beauty of flowers safely 💕
