Every time we go the same young guy is working alone and says they are out of milk cookie and Reese’s. He has an attitude and isn’t friendly at all. Dosent greet customers. When you pay with card he walks away when u have to sign. Goes to the back and stays there. Look I get it everyone has bad days but this has been 3 times now. I honestly think we will go else where from now on. Just isn’t as good as it was.

I called Rita’s for some help so I could treat my mother who lives in Florida & I was helped by Molly who was so sweet and helpful, she didn’t make me feel like my questions were dumb she helped me and it was very nice of her ! Thanks to her my mother enjoyed a nice ice cream , it’s the little things !

Someone from corporate should find time to come look at this store You can barely see through the glass to see the product the floors are disgusting and the bathroom I opened the door and closed it immediately and held it in until I got home They are lucky that the board of health don't come in
