If I could give negative reviews I would. I was iffy from the beginning and Aspen doesn’t work with my insurance but was roped in on the “first appointment is free” joke because it’s hard to find places that take my insurance. Anyway, Got X-rays done in a timely manner and had a gum exam done, my hygienist was not very kind from the beginning she said My gums were puffy and that I had gingivitis and then told me the doctor would be in to look at my X-rays. AN HOUR goes by and still no doctor. She tells me he’s in a procedure and said he can’t see me right now (I was on time for my appointment). I asked how much longer and she said she wasn’t sure. Some time goes by he comes in, doesn’t even look at me or shakes my hand. He talks for not even 5 minutes, asks if I’ve thought about Invisalign and laughs when I said I’ve had braces already when I was younger says my teeth are crowded and then he leaves. All I wanted that day was X-rays and a simple cleaning and was told I had to split my cleaning into two appointments because I needed a deep gum cleaning first???? A front desk lady comes back and tells me they can do the first part of the cleaning today for 429 dollars!!! What happened to the free appointment?!! Said she could get price down to 2 hundred something (which she never did by the way) and that the filling would be an extra 200 that day, I said no to the filling. The LACK of organization and compassion in that business really shows. They do not care about their patients in the slightest and just want your money. They over charge every move they make. Fast forward, My hygienist starts cleaning my teeth and starts having a full on conversation laughing it up with her coworker across the room not even paying attention to the water spilling out of my mouth. It was AWFUL. I was wincing in pain the entire time as she’s just shredding my gums. not ONCE did she ask if I was okay or how I was doing. She finally finishes, stuffs some oral rinse and anti cavity toothpaste (which I didn’t ask and charged me over 100 bucks for) in a bag and told me to have a good day while I have wet hair and bloody teeth. They scheduled me another app for the actual cleaning part of the exam a MONTH out which I will be canceling and finding a new dentist to actually clean my teeth and fill my cavity. Extremely disappointed and will be telling everyone to stay far away from aspen.

I’m not very fond of dentist but they made me feel very comfortable. They did an amazing job.

I scheduled an appointment for dental cleaning. During my appointment all they did was dental X-rays, gum exams and took me to the office to discuss payment plan. This why I’m giving a 1 star. I’ve been to other dental offices and never once had admin talk to me about payment plans prior to services. Also, I have dental insurance. It was a bit annoying that after every little exam they do they come with a price of what that is going to cost. From my understanding you get one free dental cleaning with insurance and I still had to pay $177 out of pocket for cleaning. When I was called to confirm my appointment yet again they tell me I needed to pay for my dental cleaning. I had payed upfront on my prior visit that they didn’t do anything but waste my time. Also, I am questioning their sterilization procedure because me upper left molar aches horribly after each visit. Definitely do not recommend. Edit: after moving across the country and wanting to continue my dental care. Aspen has been so inept and negligent to give my new dentist my chart. I’ve call 2 times and they always make excuses on why they haven’t sent it over and blame the next person on their lack of common sense.

They were awesome across the board plan to recommend them to everyone!! From the very sweet new employee who took my XMAS to the knowledgeable hygienist who discussed my needs to the dentist who explained everything in ways I could …That's what I love to hear, Lili.
