I booked an appointment online for the Minute Clinic for a sports physical. When you book your appointment you are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. We did as asked and then proceeded to sit for over an hour. Finally got in about an hour and 15 minutes after our appointment time. Once we were seen the nurse was looking over our paperwork and my child had a wrist injury last year. I was then told that I needed all the paperwork regarding that injury. No where on the IHSAA paperwork does it state that is needed in order to complete a sports physical. It also does not state this anywhere on the CVS website. I would not have been so upset if I had not had to wait for over an hour for our appointment to only be told we can't get a sports physical.

Pharmacy Sign says open till 7:00pm today. They closed an hour and a half early. Even tho they hadn’t closed yet they refused to give a customer her medication because they were “about to” close. Then stood around loudly discussing how rude and obnoxious the customer was. Very unprofessional.

I called to ask if they carry a product. It took a frustrating amount of effort to get away from the robot. Then a person (I assume) picked up a receiver and promptly hung up on me.

Absolutely the WORST pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. You never know when they will be open, are extremely rude, don't give one rip if you are getting pain meds filled after surgery and will tell you "sorry, there are other people ahead of you". Now, apparently, they aren't open on weekends. I hate this pharmacy with a passion.
