David, Brooks, and Andrew were a dream to work with! We have recently finished an addition (bathroom and closet space) and interior renovation project (reframing rooms, interior entryways, and closets) with PearTree. They were one of the very few contractors who called us back, turned up to meetings when they said they would, and sent information promptly when we were gathering quotes. Theirs was far from the lowest bid but the attention to detail, respect, and thoroughness in the proposal definitely showed that you get what you pay for. Though our original hopes were not in line with our budget, David worked hard to help us come up with a plan that would meet our needs. We really liked the fixed price proposal structure (no costly surprises partway through, even when we ran into a few unexpected issues early on). Every part of the process was clear and communication from Brooks and Andrew was unparalleled. Subcontractors were mostly excellent and the few problems and issues that we did have were fixed as soon as we made the PearTree crew aware of them. The team did everything they could to make the process of renovating bearable, from cleaning up consistently to adjusting access to workspaces to make things easier for us. And our new and improved space is truly wonderful. We are very happy and absolutely recommend PearTree.

We used Peartree for demolishing and remodeling 2.5 baths, new flooring throughout the whole house and a complete change to the appearance of a staircase to the upstairs. We were on a tight schedule which they successfully met. The Peartree team was exceptional in all aspects of the renovation, from project management, communication, construction to completion of the work. We could not ask for any better quality in the workmanship for the services provided. We would highly recommend their services to anybody looking to go through home renovations.

Pear tree did an absolute stunning job on our addition above our detached garage. I can’t recommend them enough. David and Brooks always had extremely clear communication and were very involved in everything from planning and design. They also took care of some roofing issues we had along with a fire pit addition we wanted. Everything they did was absolute perfection!!!
