I am stunned right now and in a great way. TOP NOTCH customer service!!!!! I purchased a new vape and juice a couple days ago. I came back today to purchase a different kind. After deciding on a new one, the guy handed it to me, took the old one and said ‘ok, even exchange’! What?! I told him I was fully prepared to pay, it wasn’t his fault I didn’t like it but he said no, even exchange. How awesome!!!! This shop is a little far from my house but I will certainly make the trip any time I need anything they offer. And I will definitely recommend all I know. Thank you so very much USA Vape, a little act of kindness goes a long way and I sincerely appreciate it!

I don't hand these stars out very easily. I'm not a hard to please.I just want to be treated as a costumer, this store does that. They try to accommodate you as a costumer. Get your Smoking supplies here if you like saving your money and being treated the right way ! P.S The shop I use before this one is 10 dollars more for 2 bottles of E-liquid. Spend your hard earned cash where you and the business both benefit ... Make it a great day Y'all !
