My father passed in November and my family has been given the run around for months now. Customer service will give you incorrect and incomplete instructions, giving you step 1 and 2 of who knows how many steps, then waiting until you call them again to tell you "no, that's not what you need, you have to do this, not that". This is not very helpful to a grieving family. (0 ⭐'s)
