I went to one of the restaurants that is right on the water and it was a very nice restaurant not cheap but nice unfortunately my food was a little bit spicy but the menu did say spicy. And I should have known better but it was very good people were good I forgot the name of the restaurant but anyway we were looking out into the water and you could see little boats coming in and out even little Tiki huts floating in the water it was really cool and then they have a long boardwalk that you can walk out into the marshes and into the water with a pier in the end and it was absolutely beautiful absolutely beautiful I really really love the islands like this one and also Isle of Palm and just a bunch of the Islands nearby it's great great spots I think to rent a Airbnb and just chill out and then if you want to go to Charleston it's only about 10 minutes away so it's like the perfect getaway. We went I think to Sullivan Beach I think it's what it's called after we ate and the sun was just going down and I took some really beautiful pictures of the sunset next to the ocean. It just a nice vacation I was really surprised I didn't expect. Charleston you can see it and one and a half days and then if you want to go to some of the plantations they're okay. But it is your tourist trap type thing but the houses and the buildings are extremely interesting so it makes for a really nice vacation here in Shem Creek Park was great and everything else. Not cheap though !!! LOL
