I have only needed to contact the Customer service department twice after doing business with them in two years. I have found the customer service representative to be efficient, friendly and exceptional in handling my concerns. Doing business with this company has proven to be a joy. Which makes them stand out above any other utility I've dealt with over the years. The only thing I wish could be improved upon is when they upgrade their systems, your automatic payment settings are deleted and you must set up autopay all over again. It would be helpful if your automatic settings could be carried over to the new system.
