The customer service absolutely reflects that they are not in competition with other places of business that offer similar products or services. There is absolutely no effort to retain customers or to cooperate with people obligated to use their utilities. The staff is arguably the most condescending, arrogant, self righteous individuals I've ever had the misfortune of interacting with in the course of business. I would absolutely never do business with this organization again if they didn't essentially have a monopoly on water distribution in my county. I've never been more unhappy or displeased with how individuals in customer service handled a situation that could have been peacefully & compassionately resolved. However, almost no one that handles the public on behalf of this company treats other human beings with a modicum amount of respect, at least in the course of their job handling my situation. I now have very little respect for LCWSD or their employees because no one to whom I spoke, offered any sort of dispensation of the bad attitudes & treatment I received from the other employees either. In my humble opinion, this means that's the general attitude of the whole organization! I'd give them -0- stars, if I could!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would! They claim our water is fine and it is safe but it CAN’T be!!! There is actual GREASE in my water, it’s in my children’s scalps, our bathtubs and showers, our toilets, it’s ruined my clothes, it’s all in my washing machine!!! We are drinking grease because of the horrible paper plant that contaminates our air and our water!!!!! So many people will have such horrible health effects from this!!!!!!!! I can’t believe the water company is allowing all of this to continue and they claim everything is fine!!
