Very unhappy with liberty mills apartments. We moved my mother in law in and to say we were unhappy was to put it lightly. The landscape is a mess and never maintained well. Weeds were everywhere. I’ve lived at Liberty Mills for nearly a year. The place is awesome. My apartment upon move in was freshly cleaned and painted and the carpets had been washed. The move in process was easy, making payments through the auto payment system has been a breeze, and the service is awesome. Maintenance is easy to get a hold of for any repairs. The office is easy to reach with friendly staff ready to answer any questions. The grounds are kept clean and well manicured, and the campus is overall a very secure and safe place to be. They have pet friendly units as well as buildings dedicated to being pet free allowing you to find a place that fits your needs. The location is close to necessary amenities such as a large Kroger, restaurants, gas, etc. There is easy access to Jefferson which leads straight into downtown, as well as easy access to I-69. Bonus if you’re working at Lutheran as the commute is only 5 minutes. It may come with a bit of a price tag, but well worth it if you can afford it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe apartment complex that feels like a home.
