Pizza topping are just thrown on and half of what you eat is crust and pizza sauce. Employee hung up on me as I was ordering and no one would answer the phone this was after the 2nd experiences I had before. Only reason I would order from here is because they are the only pizza place open and I work thirds. Def wouldn’t recommend for quality or even delivery time. Food was always cold by the time it even got to me.

MOST DISGUSTING PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD in my life!!! We ordered a xtra-large it came with no sauce, a tiny bit of cheese and the crust was hard, chewy and rubbery and ice COLD !You could not chew it up! My husband called for a refund and they yelled at him and said” ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, you ordered it and now you keep it” UNBELIEVABLE! The African American girl that answered the phone was rude and disrespectful! Also, There were little NAT’S all inside the box too and landing on the pizza. ! I’m calling the health department on this dirty place today and sending them all my photos! I’m also canceling my payment with my cc company because we did not get the product we ordered! DO NOT GIVE THIS FRAUDULENT place your CC number! You Will regret it! JUST GOOGLE THIS BUSINESS and read all the HORRIBLE reviews! It will blow your mind that there is a business like this in Fort Wayne.

Where to begin? The inexcusable behavior of the manager on the phone and her hanging up on me? The horribly cold and unchewable styrene foam-like slices? The filthy dirty takeout-only venue with roaches crawling up the wall? The incredibly NASTY employees...believe me, if you go in for pickup, you will never order again! If you talk to the "mgr" regarding any issue, you will not order again. They are foul and disgusting people. So, save yourself the time, read the literally hundreds of TERRIBLE reviews and call Dominoes! No attempt at customer service. They don't even fake it!

I Kill Identity Thieves

This is hands down worse than even grocery store frozen, but what's even worse is the extremely HORRIBLE customer service. They actually HUNG UP ON ME! I called after waiting two hours and then getting ice cold dry crust, no sauce, and only a few Pepperonis. And on top of that, it must have been an unclaimed pizza from the day before because it was like biting into cold rubber. If all of that wasn't bad enough, when I called and asked to speak to the manager, an ANGRY RUDE woman got on the phone and immediately started blaming me for not ordering EXTRA SAUCE and EXTRA PEPPERONI for her horrible creation. She thinks that to get a standard amount of ingredients, you should pay more. She yelled into the phone, "NO REFUNDS!" and hung up! Amazing. It was if they were actually trying to make as bad a pizza as they could. Well, they succeeded and then they followed it up with the embarrassment of terrible customer service. I will NEVER call them again and I suggest everyone avoid...even if starving. They need to close their doors.
