I feel they were deceptive on pricing. I asked for a UPS envelope to mail paperwork and said I wanted to send it the cheapest way. They gave me the price for 2 day (which was very expensive). When I baulked and asked if that was really the cheapest way, they did NOT tell me that if I used a different envelope I could save about 1/2 the cost. That's very sneaky. I will not ship there ever again.
