Great customer service thoughout store until you get to registers. The two cashiers are too busy engaging in conversation between themselves while ringing up customer than to exemplify courteous service to customer. The young lady who rung me up that was working the register at 3:02 pm 6/18/22 didn't present ANY kind of pleasant or welcoming customer service at all. She talked to other cashier the whole time except to ask my date of birth and phone number. She rang up my stuff, then went right back to talking to other cashier, not a thank you, have a nice day or anything. I just moved to area and first time in this store.....I'm big about friendly service and that cashier ruined it for me in that store. The two stars are for the greeter and the young man who came to help me on the paint aisle who had great customer service. It's sad how one person can ruin it for the whole store, TRAIN YOUR CASHIERS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE to ALL PEOPLE! My receipt says RACH 557, I'm guessing that's who the cashier was. 6/18/2022 @ 3:02pm

I go here for the little odds and ends and most of the time I find what I need. The staff is always helpful. Today got a key made and they had my team. I was in there 5 mins tops. Great job! Yesterday I went in for some mold killer and they had what I needed. :-)

Bought an acorn picker upper device from here and asked if I could take it back if it didn’t work. Manager said it would be fine to bring it back so long as I still had the receipt. Awesome workers and team here, and it has so many things! The acorn picker worked incredible by the way

Consistently the most friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff you'll ever find at Foster's Ace Hardware in Arlington. A clean and well organized store where the staff work together. A rarity anymore, which is why I LOVE THIS STORE! I am repairing some damage that occurred when water seeped into my subfloor due to rotting wood under my front door. I searched online for how-to and products to repair it and found PC Petrifier. Everybody had it, but not in stock - except for Foster's. I ran over and got some. Thanks to Foster's carrying almost everything you could need I did not have to wait for it to be shipped. Maybe a bit off topic, but I included pics of my project. Thanks Foster's!
