Great experience. Was hesitant to go because I didn't want to be told how I needed 1000 things. Very informational and explained why they recommended certain actions and why not on others. You can tell their team loves their jobs and are glad to be there. Glad to have this group in Anderson.

I went to Aspen dental for the first time yesterday as a walk in, my tooth had chipped off while I was flossing, Brittany was my first person I was handed to, and I have crippling dental anxiety. She gave me a hug and ensured everything would be ok, and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Before I even knew what was wrong with my tooth, or how I needed to fix it, I was being pitched their version of Invisalign. I thought this was a little insensitive, and they went as far as showing a whole 3D build of my mouth with and without Invisalign. All I wanted to know was what I needed to do about my tooth that day. Dr. Gill was amazing and was so so nice, letting me know I just needed to redo a filling. That was a sigh of relief that unfortunately would be ripped from me afterwards. I went ahead and proceeded with the filling the same day, and everything was going well until I was given the numbing shots. I don’t necessarily blame Dr. Gill, but a nerve or vein of some sort was hit during the numbing process that caused me to have weakened and double vision in my left eye for about an hour during the procedure. The young lady that was helping Dr. Gill panicked and had never seen it before, which didn’t calm me down at all lol. My vision ended up coming back in slowly, but it was still the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced. To top it off, Dr. Gill let the young lady assisting him “attempt” to do my fill. I understand people need to practice, but please have them practice on someone you didn’t just blind lol. She could not get the wire brace thing around my tooth, attempted to use 2 different methods, (took 30 minutes digging around my mouth) and eventually went and got Dr. Gill to do the entire filling anyways. It was a nightmare. TLDR: everyone is super nice and accommodating but unless you want to be scared of dental procedures even more, seek out a private dental practice.

This place is great they go over everything & make sure you understand & go over pricing options. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. This was not my general dentist but now on it will be, very impressed.

I brought my elderly Dad here after he had some not so good experiences with some other dentists, and to say I was shocked is an understatement. My Dad's name is William Brumley and we went to the Anderson, Indiana Aspen dental, they …Thank you for sharing, Jeannie. I'm glad to hear the team took excellent care of your dad! Keep on smiling. - Mitch, ADMI
