I reached out to Tim to let him know I was looking for a leather sectional. My husband is not fond of our current sofa and his birthday is coming. Tim got strait to work at searching his inventory and made sure to send me all of the information that would be in alignment with what I was looking for . I 1st contacted Tim on Monday and by Wednesday I was walking out of At Home Furniture with a delivery date on the books! The whole interaction was seamless. Tim was wonderful at sending me relevant product information and getting me in and out in no time. I will most definitely shop with Tim and At Home Furniture again. A couple that I am related to went to this store looking for a bed for their youngest child. She is an accountant and he is in IT. A salesperson there referred to two other stores that might be more affordable to them without even knowing anything about them or their financial situation. I've been shown more respect and I have less income in my home then they have. Also a store should be appreciative of receiving business of all levels. The salesmen's loss particularly if they work on commission as there are now many of us who will choose to not spend our money there. There are plenty of furniture stores out there. I'm sure the majority of them would be a much better shopping experience. I would give no stars if possible.

We just purchased a beautiful table set and new bed for my son. I had a wonderful experience here and felt happy with my purchases! The prices are reasonable for good quality furniture and everyone is incredibly helpful and professional. I love going to places where you get great customer service. Definitely will recommend and return here in the future!
