Nice new hotel with great amenities. Staff just needs to get it together. Couldn't check in online. No one at the front desk to check us in. Room service only every other day. No hot water last day (they did give us a credit for the inconvenience).

Visit was fine with exception of fire alarm going off a 1:45 am. Anderson FD did great job clearing the hotel and getting us back in. Lady working Desk apologized for the event, but really wasn't much she could do. Hotel is nice and in good area. Would go back if I'm ever in the area.
