I wouldn’t recommend anyone living here. No property manager. Nothing ever gets done by corporate. U have ppl breaking into other cars and beating on ppls trailers. Corporate is always changing things last minute and never wanting to fix anything out here or any the ones they own

Was told I needed my doors replaced in July 2021 because they are warping and it’s now Feb 2022 and nothing has been done. Haven’t seen the maintenance person in months. Their is no property manager. When you call the number Jenny (the person on the voicemail) never answers or calls back. And they increase rent and says it within the right of the of the lease but their is nothing saying they can. Would give zero stars if possible.

Nice place but definitely not worth what they charge in rent! Also I don’t agree with them charging my daughter a 30 late fee on her rent!! I put the envelope in the night box myself and it was on the day rent was due

If i could give zero stars I would. Unprofessional staff. NEVER able to get ahold of anyone. Water gets shut off randomly.Trailers are cheaply made floors come up borders fall off the wall trim. Way to close together. They really don’t care about people. Like multiple reviews say water bills kept for months. Shady evictions !!! Do not rent here

She is there. The manager just doesn't answer.
They are having a bug problem and trying to deal with it. They are trying to get all the older/infested homes out.
They get upset when pools, and outside childrens toys are in your yard and fine you. There is a park. Walking small dogs is ok. They do have a dog park. There are lights. I see children bicycling there.
