I'm giving an update to my review. The food is excellent there is no question about that. But one of the key attractions for us coming here was the waitress name Esmeralda she was always so very kind so efficient and really cared about making her customers happy. I know from speaking with her that she really enjoyed working there. But something happened because she is no longer there and I know she would not have left on her own something made her leave. So I have downgraded this from five stars to three stars the food is excellent but to let go of an excellent employee well that's just doesn't really sit well with me I'll go back there but I surely won't be going back there as often as we were. Very disappointed that they let Esmeralda go I just was reading the reviews on this restaurant. And I read the negative reviews and I cannot understand. I guess the old saying goes you cannot please all the people all the time. This is an excellent Mexican restaurant been here a couple of 3 times and every time is better than the last time. The last two times we had Esmeralda as a server and she is superb the food is excellent and I cannot give this a higher rating if I could I would. The prices are reasonable for the quantity of food you get. And the quality is second to none I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking for a good Mexican food restaurant it's in fountain in South Carolina even though I can only give it five stars I'm giving it eight. Also some of the people complained about the washroom I do check washrooms when I go to a restaurant they give me a good indication how clean a place is. Every time I've been in there these washrooms are clean much more so than most restaurants. Again I really think this is an excellent place we will definitely be coming back as we have been in the past.
