Most unprofessional store I’ve ever walked into, on top of that don’t bother calling for inventory inquiries they have a voicemail set up bc their workers are too unethical and unprofessional to have the know how of customer service to answer a phone and do their jobs and be polite. Every time I’ve ever walked in there whoever that blonde chick is the owner has run the store is the rudest person behind a counter I’ve come across in awhile and has no reason to be either bc it’s like good for you you’re a cashier at a head shop and gone nowhere in life 😂

This place is a scam… I bought a Maven torch here two days ago on Friday per their recommendation but as soon as I got home and tried to use it, the flame blew out, melted a part of the head and now doesn’t work at all. So less than an hour later after purchasing the torch, I brought it back to Total Smoke and told the same employee who sold it to me, what happened in hopes of exchanging it for a torch that worked. Instead, she told me that all sales are final and there was nothing they could do. So I’m guessing that they probably already knew the torch was broken and sold it to me anyways. I would take your business elsewhere if you don’t want to get scammed too!

Great selection of glass and possibly the only place in Spokane to get a proper bubbler😝 i cant get enough of this shop. And their prices are considerably lower than the flashy, understocked headshops.
