Totally frustrating experience! Half of the machines don't work and the ones that were out of service only had a sign where you put the coins in so you load the machines before you see the sign that says out of service it is a small sign covering the coin slot only! I made a suggestion to the manager that she put a sign on the door so people know not to load the machine and have it obvious that it is out of service and she refused. I'm not even going to dry my stuff here I'm taking it someplace else. I will never come here again!

I am from Spokane WA born and raised and we have a real strong commitment to be kind to your neighbor and respect and I am extremely pleased to say that Tumble laundry and dry cleaning fallows this commitment to there customers and the community. They have a great and friendly staff at the two locations I have visited to do laundry, Andreas and Brynn at the south hill 10th and Monroe and Erica at 5 mile are extremely helpful and have great customer service. The machines are clean as will as the establishment. If you're looking for a clean laundry mat and dry cleaning that is reasonable price wise look no further. Tumble at the south hill and 5 mile is the place to go!!!

Lots of machines broken but awesome staff. Decided to give this place a second shot a few months later, and even more machines down and sanitation has gone down hill. The machines were filthy, and the dispensers were full of mold. When I opened a lid to a machine, it totally fell off. I tried their delivery service, and though its convenient I have had several items ruined over time. 2 plush blankets were dried until they burned, and a rug was dried until it disintegrated. I also have a few dresses with holes in them. It's pretty pricey too. To be honest, if it wasn't for the convenience and easy location, I probably wouldn't go here. I return because the staff is very kind. I really hope this place improves because it has so much potential.

Place was clean, operating well, and the lady was very nice. I travel around the 48 and there are a lot of Laundromats, few are the same quality as Tumble.
