This is quite a poorly managed establishment and shows absolutely zero respect for your time and patience.

Definitely a wait game but the ladies are so pleasant.

Yay I am in optimal health and I didn't have to sell a kidney to find that out.

I have called For over a month trying to get ahold of them , they answered one time to tell me to email them and then they ended up needing more and I couldn’t get ahold of them again to get wic for my baby girl. So irritating and I get you know if I called a few days they could be busy, but I have left MULTIPLE voicemails with my name and number and I have called a month . I’m not trying to be rude in any way I just feel like if they have this as a job they need to do it. I have heard them answer and then hang up before I could say anything , it’s like they are just sitting by the phone declining the phone calls all day every day . I have called at different times and different days . It’s not like I haven’t given them a chance before writing this review , the photo I provided was from just simply today calling with no answer . I will continue to call .

They open at 7 30 have to get there early or you won't get appointment
You have to apply to find out
Go to Er and apply for one of they insurance programs
A full STD blood panel work up can done on a sliding scale. If you do not have income go to the department of labor and get a wage verification form and take it when you get your blood work done
Not free but they do them
They have Dental services and will help for emergency or urgent dental care. Call and see if this qualifies.
Yes they do.
12pm for most departments
No. Try AU health they have a clinic specific for that and I think its free
Yes
Call this number (706) 721-5800, and ask for the Food Services Department and tell them why you are calling. They should connect you to the proper people to help with what you are wanting to do. If that doesn't work then I'm not sure. But that would be my best guess.
Appointments are recommended, but they'll get you in quickly!
No it is not legal
Yee
It depends on if you have insurance on the cost. If you do not have insurance bring 3 check stubs and they will charge on a sliding scale for a Full Blood Panel Work up including HIV test.
You can make an appointment but they also take walk ins for shots
IS
Yes most are $21.93 but it will depend on which vaccine u need. You can ask before you get it though
Proof residency , and ID and i think income verification
No you have to go to the north leg office to obtain s birth certificate
They should mail that to you. We do not have those forms
Georgia BC are 25
If you are referring to hearing, dental and vision they do it everyday if we have staff available to do it. You can walk in as early as 730 am
Yes sir.
Please visit www.ecphd.com for hours of operation for all County Health Departments. We are not open on Saturdays.
Im unsure you can definitely walk in and try. Their services are separate from the clinic side. We are closed today though.
If you dont have any income it should be free.
Ok...Thanks for getting back to me.
We will definitely need to see some type of id. Birth certificate or something to prove who you are. If you have been there before and we have an id already in the system we can use that again.
Depends on your income. Make sure u bring last 30 day check stub
Dipethera vaccine? Did you mean Td\dtap if so its $21.93
You can order one online. Or maybe contact vital records
They do but you'll have to call to check & also to make an appointment
you have to apply through DFACS. They only do applications for Medicaid if your pregnant.
