Shoe Show is located in the Chestnut Hills Shopping Center between Big Lots and the Home-Maker Furniture store. Clean, well- organized store with a large selection of casual shoes. I selected $54 Sketchers running shoes because a blood red tag with the word "Sale" caught my eye. I noticed another tag on the shoe box with bold black text reading "$5 off." I thought to myself $5 off isn't that much, but a sale is a sale. After I had purchased the shoes I asked the clerk why he didn't deduct the $5, and he answered that the sale price only applied if I also bought a backpack. It turns out the yellow tag included fine print indicating that I also had to purchase the backpack. While the salesperson was ringing up my purchase, I mentioned that I was a new customer. You'd think that he would have applied the paltry deduction just to satisfy a new customer. He did not. Sales 101: the customer is always right.

Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.

Everyone was wearing masks; we didn't notice any precautions/restrictions with trying on shoes.
