Been staying here since early 2021 and Tiffany the property manager and Keisha keeps a tight ship here NO drugs NO parties NO BS !! A SAFE property for your family. My room is CLEAN never any bug issues. Any issues/request I have had with room she takes care of it ASAP!! My room has a new Serta sleeper mattress SUPER comfy !! If you stay for 30+ days, They clean your room every 2 weeks. Irving PD does random parking lot checks I never had a problem with my vehicles parked outside. No noise complaints and a short drive from the Airport !!

Had to stay here for a little more than a month. This is not a high quality hotel. The halls smell of weed and cigarette smoke. The manager left a note on everyone's door reminding everyone to not smoke inside, or right outside of an exit door. Yet one of the front desk people repeatedly smoked directly outside the door I had to use to get in and out. There were 3 days when there was no running water. When I asked the front desk about it, they were rude. The only plus to this place is the proximity to the airport, but there are better hotels in the same area. Do not recommend.

I am a long-time returning guest and every time I come back, I feel right home at this location. First of all, I love cooking and the rooms always feel like home kitchens. The staff never fail to provide me with everything I need to cook a home style meal. Tiffany at the front desk is a joy to see and get help from. I will always come back to this location to enjoy my stay. Thank you, Tiffany and all the staff members. You guys rock!!!

Stayed for a week. Staff at front desk are not welcoming. No greetings and smile at all. They said breakfast included but it’s packed Oats & Muffins. Besides the muffin I tried was stale. Rooms are good but kitchen is not clean and can see iron rust.
