I used to love this salon and it had been a favorite for years, but recently they lost several of their best staff members and I have started having bad experiences. My toe got a nasty infection after a pedicure I got and it hurt to walk for a while. I gave them another chance and it seems like now they’re training a bunch of new nail techs to do acrylics since only a couple could do them before. I am all for being practice for someone who is learning and don’t mind an imperfect manicure, but not when it’s $100 for a full set and $50 for a fill. That’s just insane. It’s not the worst manicure I’ve ever had, but if I’m spending $100 I can and will find better elsewhere.

Prices went up⬆️, customer service went down⬇️. I WAS a regular customer at this salon and I would typically make my appointments with Anna. I've always been happy with the service until recently. I noticed the prices increased....right along with the LACK of customer service. I found myself waiting longer (in spite of having an appointment), the nail techs stopped offering the complimentary beverages (I had to start asking), and a complete disregard of following up with clients although they are waiting. If I am spending $130-$150 every time I come to a nail salon, I expect service that aligns with that! Anna left recently and against my better judgment I made an appointment with J'adore anyhow. My appointment was 11 a.m. I was seated in a pedicure chair around 11:20 and after sitting there unattended for ANOTHER 15 minutes (and being completely ignored)....I walked out at 11:35. I called to speak with a manager about my experience and was told I would receive a call back. Guess what? No one called me back. Guess what else??? THEY LOST A CUSTOMER FOR GOOD!!! I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

My favorite nail bar in DFW! My husband and I come in every 2-3 weeks for pedicures and I get gel nails. They have a great variety of nail colors and really take the time to do it all right. Check out my fall gel nails, love them!
