I enjoyed my stay here. The bed was more comfortable than the last few Marriott hotels I have stayed at for business trips. The lady up front was very kind. If I could remember her name I would share it because she was very hospitable. The room felt clean for the most part and I enjoyed the layout because I could do my work at the desk provided. Walking distance of several restaurants within the parking lot. The fitness center is tiny! Only negative I can think of. Would stay again.

Friendly and courteous staff! Definitely customer service oriented! Breakfast was amazing, lots to choose from. Clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely a winner.

This hotel is in a great location and near shopping, dining, and of course, golf. Everyone was friendly, room and common areas were clean, and price was fair.

Positive: I liked that it was in the middle of Southern Pines and near where our event was taking place. I also liked that there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Negative: The customer service was poor. I was not aware that there would be no housekeeping. They did not even refresh the coffee. I was told to just go in the laundry room and ask for towels. The staff was very loud hanging out in the lobby.
