From 2015 until Nov. 2020, I attended this location where my assigned PCP was located. Located only 1.5 miles from where I lived, this was perfect for my wife & I, especially since she doesn't drive. We both had the same PCP, and when he left to go somewhere further away under another Hosp., my wife & I were re-assign to another PCP at the same location. The facility is clean, all workers on every level, from reception on upward to the Dr.'s had exceptional cust. svs. skills & pt. contact skill. Never any problems until I ran out of my seizure meds. & tried to get my PCP to refill them. Due to misunderstandinds & several miscommunicated mssgs. by phone, 2 wks had passed w/o me having recieved any refill. Nevertheless my anxiety level was ^, and I con't to leave mssgs, hoping to get a phone call from him. But, as much as I wouldn't trade him (my PCP) for anyone else, I ended up getting a certified letter in the mail, informing me that he was no longer willing to be my PCP. Not only that, but I couldn't come back there (be assigned another PCP at that location). For this reason, I gave it a 3star rating. Yet not the place, just him, which I can't say. I believe he could have talked with me during those 2wks, as opposed to having his nurse recieve & deliver mssgs back & forth. There lies the miscommunication and in that, my character & behavior I was misrepresented to him. I know this due to the letter I recieved which was a character assassination of me. I still haven't any PCP, and yes, I am having a hard time moving on from this, due to the untruth things that were stated about me in that letter. Again, 5stars for the facility and all other staff there, however a 3 star for this PCP on the way he handled my situation. Other than that, he would be a total 5star.
Truthfully Speaking
I had a good experience my first visit and thought I found a place that cares and listen and boy was I wrong. Front staff was always friendly the places that they refer you to can be very rude, condescending and no type of empathy and customer service. In my experience I just feel they just want to make money and keep referring you to other places to keep the cash cow going. And god forbid don’t disagree with them then they don’t want to see you as a patient. I dont recommend

Very smooth visit. Doctor Litsey took time listening for my concerns. And he is very honest. Tammy, his medical assistant was also very pleasant , helpful and polite. I like that they gave me a copy of the diagnoses that they've conducted that day. Including the findings and the summary of the visit. The office is very clean and everyone is very accommodating,.
