After fighting with CVS and my insurance company, Publix filled the generic of my prescription and I was able to use the Good RX app to get a discount. They are cheaper then insurance! I'm so grateful. The staff is also very kind and welcoming. I won't go anywhere else!

Perhaps I’ve set the bar too high. I’m aware we’re still in the middle of a pandemic, but common courtesy and manners seem to be the furthest from this pharmacy staffs mind. We picked up our personal meds, and asked for meds for our dogs. We have had them filled at this location for about five years. The person at the window seemed like she couldn’t understand why we were getting them, and had another associate come over. Very curt, she said we don’t have medications under that name and walked off. I’d provided the spelling twice. Turns out the meds were at a different location our vet called into, unbeknownst to us. This could’ve been resolved quickly however by simply looking in the records and being helpful.

We recently became customers of Publix Pharmacy on Trolley Road after an extended period of horrific customer service from another pharmacy where we had our prescriptions filled for many years. Upon joining Publix on Trolley, we immediately knew this place was different, better, and had a genuine philosophy of taking care of their customers! Connie and team are amazing and the kindness and quick attention to our needs is exactly what we were hoping for when he made the switch. Keep up the amazing work and we look forward to remaining customers at the pharmacy as well as the store.

Can you wait in the drive thru for your prescription? And do you have to be the person to whom the prescription is for?

No you can't wait, they will let you know when it will be ready, to come back and pick it up. Yes, somebody else can pick your script up and if it is a controlled substance they have to have their ID.

Someone asked me if the pharmacy delivers their medications to their patients?
