NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! It wasn’t busy at all there was maybe a total of 12 people in this location and 6 of them was us, there was a little girl maybe 2 years old running around with a pair on tongs, kids running in and out of the kitchen, It took over an hour to start receiving food, we ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer which came out after the food and then we had 4 kids plates 3 adult plates we received an adult meal and two kids meal then the appetizer Then 2 adult plates and my last two kids got their food about thirty mins after the first 2 plates, I asked for hot water and we needed a straw which we never received the last 2 kids were wrong and our waitress was non existent our food wasn’t hot they just served it on a hot plate it was a waste I will not be returning. Save your money don’t go to this location, I should have known something it’s Saturday and the only restaurant with 3 cars in the parking lot. I hope corporate look at the cameras at this restaurant because the service here as well as the food is horrible

Urghhh. So I placed a curb side pickup order. Got to the store at 11:52, hit arrived, no one came out. From 12:00 - 12:10pm I was calling, no one answered. At 12:15 I walked inside and my food was on the counter, no employee was at the counter at all, I stood at the counter looked around and the employee was sitting at the table looks like she was eating with a guest or another employee, this employee was not in uniform but instead had on a blue T-shirt, it was a female with twist or dreads. I told her my order was curbside pickup she passed me my food and walked away like it is what it is. I emailed corporate and waited for a response, after not getting a response I decided to leave a review. This experience was extremely unprofessional and it reminded me as to why I stopped going to ihop!!! I wish I could’ve taken my tip back because I ordered online I was unable too. I know ihop isn’t a 5 star restaurant but please better train employees on customer service and what customers expect. Even if offered a free meal I will not return to this location EVER!!!

Excited to take my kids to IHOP so they can get there smiley face pancakes and have a breakfast meal with them - however, no kids menus with crayons, the place hasn’t been mopped in years - the floors are so greasy - bathrooms were even worse. Please spend some time taking care of the facility so the meal can be enjoyable. Iced coffee was a let down as well - melted before received.

Social Distancing, very clean restrooms, and staff is constantly cleaning. Plus all IHOP staff members were wearing mask when I was there.
