This was my 3rd visit to this place on Coit. All the time the sandwiches that we ordered are always cold. I emphasized that I want my sandwich hot like fresh, but it’s always cold. I went one time last Dec on K Ave at 8pm. All our sandwiches 6 of us were hot, fresh and so good. If only your sandwiches are freshly made, you can tell, I believe you will have more clients. It’s too bad that even your server are not friendly, and lazy. This is a great comment, not to destroy you but to make your business better. I came at 7pm hardly have any clients. Maybe because of the weather. But seriously speaking, you want more customers listen to what I wrote and I promise you, your business will be better.

I came through the drive through and was talked to condescendingly and was mostly ignored to the pick up window, which wouldve been fine but then the food was dry and the fries were soggy and cold. the taste of the food was great but the sandwhich while covered in sauce was extremely dry and almost hard to eat

I will not be patronizing this particular Whataburger ever again. The snotty little girl who took my order was very rude and a little condescending when I corrected her about what I was ordering. She then overcharged me for my meal and used the old "well thats how it rang up" excuse when I inquired about the price. And boy the look of contempt she gave me as I pulled away from the pick up window. At least the cook who brought me my food was a little more polite. So yeah, I will now go out of my way to get Whataburger instead of going to the convenient one, or maybe I'll just choose Sonic instead.

Don't go here after 9pm. Night crew sucks consistently. Always forgetting items. How do you forget the whole bottom bun on a burger? Or the pancakes in the PANCAKE platter? Place an order on the app? Don't expect it to be ready until 45 mins after the time the app says.
