We had a horrible experience in Kernersville drive thru. The person taking order was rude, extremely hateful to us as seniors, my grilled chicken sandwich combo was a mess. Chicken burned. Dry. We paid $15 for 2 adult trays. They need better training, quit hiring anything that walks in the door. Being rude, disrespectful, slamming the glass window closed, not communicating with customers, leaving out condiments. Forks, knives, blowing us off us not acceptable. This location use to have great service, the food was not slammed together. We don't have to go to that restaurant at all. If these kids are so full.of hate. Hire someone with experience, without the attitude. Its too expensive to be treated unkind and low quality food service. We were shocked with their behavior

They are usually busy at lunch. I am sure the manager would resolve the issue. We always enjoy our food

Hairnets are considered optional in some places.If that was a complaint, it is better suited for the comments and raing sections. If it is asking why, it is simply because it isn't mandatory in every place.

Yes it depends and have you ever seen how many people they cram in that little box to work? I'm surprised they can do anything. I went tonight, line was long but moved fast and the order was perfect and it wasn't even a simple order. WTG CookOut on S Main in Kernersville! My food was great.
