I've had consistently bad service at various sarbucks locations, usually making them a last resort stop. The employees aren't usually very friendly. That being said, Kat at the Santee location has changed my perspective! She's extremely courteous and kind! She even got my name right! (Don't ask me why ppl always think I'm saying Dev) And today for the first time I received a delicious perfectly made ice coffee! Kudos to Kat and the team in Santee! 👏🏼❤️

Coffee is great. My problem, the customers that come into the store, order and wait, are just as important as the mobile orders. I should never have to stand and wait for 20 minutes for a $9 cup of coffee. NEVER, that's unacceptable.

Main store was pretty clean with a decent amount of seating. Service was fast and friendly. Ample parking outside. Bathrooms could use some help.
